Today i went to the Salvador Dali museum in St. Petersburg, Flordia
and it was FREAKIN. AMAZING.
first off Dali is one of my fav artists. i really adore most of his stuff... so whilst i was salivating over his artwork, a thot crossed my mind.

most of his works in this gallery had little explination cards next to them talking about what Dali's intent behind a work of art was or why he painted what he painted... and part of me wants to know... what if it's wrong?

and i laugh to myself b/c i can imagine my artwork being scrutinized long after im dead... and then i REALLY laugh b/c some of my stuff is pretty damn random... so while there are critics going over my stuff wondering what i was tryign to say thru my art i'm going to sit back on my little cloud and laugh my ass off... b/c MOST ALL my work is done like this "i wanted to draw that elephant and paint it green b/c.... i freakin wanted a green elephant on that peice of paper...."

i dont know why i create half of the artwork i freakin create... i love when ppl ask me now what inspired me do draw taht... or waht does this peice mean... b/c i just laugh to myself smile at them and say "i have absolutely no idea" ..... and yes... that green elephant there... it means absolutely NOTHING.
